all in pov he took my people scanner gr 6.14 says It is allowed to rob from inventory ONLY Ammunition, Guns, any armor(Gang,FIB, LSPD etc.), balaclava and Drugs. MONEY can be robbed - only using system functionality of gangs ) so that means they cant rob the people scanner and they took it and never gave it back
