2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
2.1 I personally think that NG needs a leader that can make that organization active as people feel like that NG only sits on Gates, they dont have anything to do else then that.
2.2 I am going to introduce Activities, Training sessions, make more divisions and much more
2.3 National Guard is the main source as it supplies ammunition to all the organization which is one of the most important things
3. Your Advice for Improving the RolePlay Level in the Organization.
My System for the whole Term will be:-
Human Resource:- The department will recruit and train the new cadets that will be joining, from interview to the end of training this department is completely responsible.
Internal Affairs:- The department will take care of the public relations, any internal matters that happens between organization, strikes will be issues by this department and record of the ammo runs, event activities will be traced by them.
Military Police:- This department will cover the gates, and will take the front place when the army is needed the most, the department will be allowed to use heavy weapons only in emergency situations
Special Force:- The Cadets in the special force can patrol the state when required and will only be active in the situations when the state is on emergency, The cadets will be fully trained for the divisions.
Air Force:- The department will patrol the whole area near the Headquarters for the safety purpose and will be allowed to use all the Air Vehicles for all purposes and in order to help military police to reach any location the fastest speed
