I’m writing this post to give full context about my recent ban under Rule 1.9 and to hopefully resolve the situation fairly. I’ve already made two forum posts, but I believe the full details might not have been fully understood, so I want to explain everything clearly in one final message.
Over the span of 3 days, my friend sent me 5 million each day, for a total of 15 million. We made sure to follow Rule 1.7, which limits transfers to 5 million per day — so I did not break Rule 1.7.
The money was for a family we were planning to run together. We wanted to buy a house and start building something long-term in the city, so we combined our resources for that purpose.
On one of those days, my friend also bought my car — it had a state value of 1 million, and he bought it for 2 million. I now understand that this may look like tax evasion (Rule 1.9), even though that wasn’t our intention. I simply accepted the price without realizing it could be a violation.
At first, I was banned for both 1.7 and 1.9, but after my second post, an admin clarified that it was only 1.9, which I appreciate.
To be fully honest, I’ve spent the past week thinking seriously about whether I should request a money wipe, because my friend and I invested a lot — we spent a significant amount of money on Grand Coins, opening cases, buying the Battle Pass, and grinding to build up our accounts. It’s not easy to just throw that away — it means a lot to us.
That said, if a money wipe is the only way to fix the situation and get unbanned, I am willing to accept it. I’ve learned from this, and I’ll make sure to handle everything properly going forward.
Thank you for your time and understanding.
Best regards,
