My goal is to strengthen the internal structure, promote real teamwork, and ensure that we’re always a step ahead in protecting the city. I’m motivated by the challenge of leadership and committed to making the FIB a force that others respect not just for our power, but for how we use it.​

My main advice for improving the organization is to create a strong, respectful environment within the FIB. I’ll make sure respect is maintained between all members no favoritism, and no random hiring. I won’t hand out ranks just to anyone; ranks will be earned through activity, experience, and professionalism. That way, everyone understands the value of their position, and the team stays motivated and focused. I also want to make sure every member of the FIB feels comfortable and supported. If any issues or conflicts arise within the organization, I’ll do my best to address them quickly and fairly, so no one feels ignored or disrespected.
