Why I Want to Lead the National Guard​

I’ve been active on the server for quite some time and have experienced both legal and illegal sides of RP. Over the course of my journey, I’ve climbed through the ranks of multiple factions and held leadership positions that required responsibility, communication, and tactical decision-making.

Here’s a brief overview of my experience:

My Plan to Improve RP in the National Guard​

1. Real Training That Matters​

I will implement meaningful, structured training managed by a dedicated HR unit. These sessions will focus on practical in-game skills and immersive roleplay scenarios, including:

• Tactical formations and team-based operations
• Checkpoint and gate security procedures
• Joint operations with LSPD, SAHP, and FIB
• Realistic, high-immersion RP scenarios

2. Divisions With Purpose​

To bring more structure and depth to RP, I will establish clearly defined internal divisions, each with a distinct function and roleplay purpose:

• HR (Human Resources): Recruitment, onboarding, and training
• Military Police (MP): Base security, rule enforcement, and discipline
• SASD (Special Armed Services Division): Tactical response and high-risk operations
