Life Story:
Kjetil Viking is born in the capital of Norway named Oslo. He was a very smart and confident boy always used to have interest in legal orgs like FIB, SAHP, LSPD and NG . His father was also in the army and he was a very honest soldier but after Kjetil joined SAHP, FIB and LSPD his father got killed in a Global war! Kjetils father did amazing work inside the army and Kjetil wanted to follow his footsteps! Kjetil joined the Army and started following his footsteps of his father. After spending a lot of time in the Army Kjetil decided to join the Goverment and worked his way up too the USSS Director First person of state and found quickly out that he got a lot of power and decided to be corrupt and work his way up to the most richest and powerful person in the city!
Career Story:
When he settled in Los santos he grew up and decided to join the SAHP, LSPD and FIB to financially support his mother because he lost his father. After his father died Kjetil decided to join NG and he got selected and got promotions so fast he got the rank of AG( Assistant General)(same as his father) and got alot of knowledge about the NG , Kjetil didnt really earn alot of money to make up for his fathers loss and was thinking about being corrupt! After long time of being in his head, he did understand that there was no other way to save himself and his mother from the poor lifestyle they were living in after his father got killed. So he decide to join the GOV and be a corrupt officer!
OUTCOME:
1.Kjetil can make criminals drop their weapons or illegal items and use for himself and when off duty sell them in the black market ( if they are not org weapons).
2. Kjetil can use pickup and use illegal weapons and drugs while on/off duty. ( Not against server rules)
3. Kjetil don't need to follow 10-15 processing procedure like reading Miranda rights and can lie about a lawyer
4. Kjetil can take Bribes to release suspect and become hostage (Not more than 100k).
5. Kjetil can lie and manipulate the law to confuse Leo and help his friends or family out of certain situations
6. Kjetil can smash and destroy bodycam of civilians / Officers (using the /try commands twice per situation).
7. Kjetil can initiate Jailbreaks using pen drives with viruses in exchange for money [100K maximum]
8. Kjetil can go into gheto off duty and can kill/rob people with his family members ( no fighting against Leo and not entering gang HQ )8
