Dear Monika, I was banned on June 11, 2025, for account sharing. I didn't mean anything by sharing my account. It wasn't until the lock screen appeared that I realized what I had done. I deeply regret it. I've put a lot of love and money into the account and want to continue playing on the island with my friends. A money wipe would be fine with me.
