(List three reasons with an explanation): well the first reason that got me the idea of leading ballas is because im very femilier with the city i know every corner every evil mind every police thinkings and i want to lead this group for success and greatness.
second reason: i want to make the other gangs to be shaking and terrorised by Ballas and make the rumor among the citizens that we here not for playing but we here to make the street know the name Ballas.
third reason: i can lead this gang to great achievments every on who will chose to be part of this system will earn!

Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization. : im very femilier with the rp system and im a man of my word and at times i can be tough in recruits there is a bunch of recuirments to enter the gang of mine to test and take the most quality people to this road no need to add i have a lot of experience in this server and organizations some HC in gangs such as marbunta and ballas it self
