It is obvious that 192280 has rammed me. When I was going out at 01:56, he lets me back in and then waits at the entrance honking. It is obvious that his intentions are bad. Even though he saw me leaving, he still blocks my exit. Also ironically, I'm the one getting the punishment for CR.
