Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

1. Create a Strong Gang Identity and Culture:
   Establish a clear style, slang, and behavior for Ballas members that fits the gang's street reputation. Encourage members to stay in character, speak like gang members, and act with a purpose during interactions. This makes our presence on the server more immersive and recognizable.
2. Host Regular Gang RP Scenarios:
   Organize weekly events like drug deals, territory meetings, ambushes, or drive-bys — not just for profit, but for the roleplay experience. These scenarios improve our coordination, give new members a chance to learn, and bring the gang together around shared RP moments.
3. Educate and Train Members:
   Many new members join without knowing proper gang RP or server rules. Hosting short training sessions on commands, gang etiquette, and what not to do (e.g., avoiding fail RP or unrealistic behavior) can quickly boost overall quality and avoid punishments from admins.
4. Enforce Realism and Respect for Rules:
   As a leader, I’d make sure all members understand the importance of realistic actions. No VDM, RDM, or powergaming — instead, focus on street smarts, intimidation, and calculated RP moves. A gang that respects RP rules earns respect from others.
5. Promote RP-Based Advancement:
   Instead of just promoting based on kills or grind, reward those who bring solid RP to the table — whether it’s negotiation skills, creative scene setups, or leadership during turf battles. This encourages more members to focus on quality over quantity.
