Rejected Request for Sentence Reduction for Lebron Pluxury

Dear Lebron Pluxury,

I am writing today to formally request a reduction in the ban I received a 60-day sanction issued for violating rule (4.1) concerning the use of modifications that may provide an advantage (hacks, bots, etc.).

I want to be fully transparent in this request. It is true that I was aware my Redux disabled the black screen animation effect that normally appears when a character dies (example shown in the pictures – first image without, second image with).

However, I would like to emphasize that I genuinely did not believe this constituted an unfair or prohibited advantage, as this modification had no impact on my gameplay abilities, nor did it affect my character’s RP behavior or the decisions I made in-game. To me, it was simply a visual detail—not a tool to gain an advantage in RP.

My good faith is also demonstrated by the fact that I personally filed a complaint against another player regarding an issue in a scene (Rejected - Free Kill 23928), in which it is visible that the black screen animation is missing. This shows I did not believe I was at fault, nor did I attempt to hide anything. In that same complaint, I apologized and clearly stated that I immediately removed the Redux as soon as I understood it could be problematic. My response was swift and sincere.

Additionally, a full PC check was carried out by El Rick and Riad Viper, confirming that my installation was completely clean no cheats, no actual advantages—further showing my good intentions and overall respect for the server’s rules. My aim has always been to seriously engage in RP and GF, to build strong narratives, and to respect other players.

I understand that strict rules must apply to everyone, but I am asking today for a reduction in the punishment, taking into account the following:

• The infraction was neither intentional nor used maliciously,
• I gained no real competitive advantage from the modification,
• I cooperated immediately and honestly with the admins (including accepting the PC check),
• And I am fully committed to strictly adhering to all rules moving forward.

I also want to make it clear that I am not requesting a complete unban, as I understand that my lack of vigilance toward the rules must be sanctioned. I am only asking for a reduction in the punishment, as the current 60-day ban seems extremely heavy given the nature of the infraction, which neither harmed others’ RP nor significantly impacted gunfights or scenes. Furthermore, I believe I am facing a double penalty: in addition to the temporary server ban, I also have to give up on my non-off organization application—an initiative I had worked seriously on with many projects for my family. This is a heavy consequence for a mistake that in no way affected the quality of other players’ RP.

I sincerely regret this situation. It has been a valuable lesson, and I commit to being far more vigilant in the future to avoid making the same kind of error.
