Leader of Emergency Medical Services (EMS)
2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
2.1 - I want to become a leader of this specific organization because I believe this department is one of the most important organizations in the city. This is largely due to the medical care the EMS provides to bystanders within the city. This also becomes more of why I want to become EMS leader, to make sure that this department as a whole does its jobs correctly along with training the people the right way and interviewing the people the right way to make sure they deliver the best and correct duties at all times regardless of what department they are in inside this organization as a whole.
2.2 - Moreover, I want to become an EMS leader because I aim to ensure that people become more sustainable and grow within the organization. I want to grow EMS like never before, the people who are already inside the EMS organization and new members who want to join EMS. EMS is not just an organization, but it's an important organization that provides service, roleplay integrity, and team unity.
2.3 - Furthermore, I have been in and out of EMS for more than a year, and my goal mainly as a leader inside the Emergency Medical Services is to make every member and bystander look at EMS as a respected, reliable, and dedicated organization. This is something I want to work more on. I currently am working for EMS, and this is something I want to work more on because I do see some parts of EMS that still need to be worked on, for example, roleplay-wise and motivation for people to want to be working and not be inactive inside EMS.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
3.1 - In my opinion every room in Philbox Hill Hospital (PH) will be put to meaningful use. This doesn't only strengthen the roleplay inside the organization, but it also strengthen the realism inside each department of the medical environment. As a leader of EMS I will make sure that high commands who knows the rules of EMS and the server as a whole uses these rooms for mental checkups and can help people who are physically injured but also emotionally distressed (Character Wise). This idea has been in my head for a very long time and I will make sure I use this idea when working as a leader.
3.2 - As a current EMS Chief of the Department of Labtech, I've seen both now and from experience that other organizations have had low medkits, this is something I also want to strengthen more on. This is something I want to make sure as a whole is fixed. One of the ways I will be fixing this is to have a group of people rent trucks from med labs and do a couple of deliveries to each organization, and of course, make sure that each organization knows about this before delivering so we can have extra protection as well.
3.3 - I've seen the organization of EMS has been struggling with having every lobby covered at night time. This is one of the things I want to work more on, I have a few people in mind who can help with having the lobbies covered at all times during the night time, this will strengthen EMS not just in providing medical care for the patients that needs to be patched up, but it also will strengthen the city with having more units on calls during night time as well. Lastly, I will make sure that high-ranked people inside my organization are well-trained and know all the EMS rules to be able to deliver exceptional results.
