Hi there,
I'm writing this because I believe I was banned unfairly and just want to explain what actually happened. I got banned for violating Event Rule 1.7 but the reason for that ban doesn’t really make sense in my situation.
Basically during the event I accidentally pressed F9. On my computer that's the hotkey for NVIDIA Shadowplay. I usually press Alt + F9 when I wanna start recording, but this time I pressed just F9 by itself without thinking. That’s all. I didn’t try to use any third-party software or cheats or anything like that.
After the ban, I cooperated with the admin fully. They checked everything—my game files, logs, browser, background programs, even installed apps. There was nothing suspicious or unusual found. Everything came back clean, and I was fully transparent during the whole process.
Even after all that, the ban wasn’t lifted. I was told that just pressing F9 was enough to be suspicious, and my explanation didn’t matter. But I honestly feel that’s really unfair. There was no intent to cheat, no tools running, no scripts, nothing. Just a wrong key press.
Also, when I went back and checked the rules, I couldn’t find anything that said pressing F9 was a bannable offense. There’s no warning about NVIDIA keybinds or other common shortcuts. If there was some kind of notice or info about this, I would’ve changed my keybinds right away to avoid this whole mess.
I’ve been playing GrandRP for a while and never had any problems. I take RP seriously and I don’t mess around with cheats. I’ve put time into my character and story and now all of it’s at risk over something that wasn’t even intentional.
All I’m asking is for someone else from the staff team to look at this again, maybe someone higher up or more neutral. I just want a fair shot to explain. I didn’t do anything wrong, and I’ve shown everything to prove that.

PS: I don’t understand how you assumed it was AI. this is my own thoughts not AI.
