If calling someone brain dead is considered a violation of GR 3.1 and 3.2 then half the server would be on vacation You clearly don't understand what RP you just enter the city and start barking at people without any reason Please point out where exactly the rule break happened because from what I see you're just making baseless accusations

No one but two random guys had the time to just appear at PH lobby and start yapping and abusing the HCs for an unknown reason. I hope not everyone has that time instead of those who are trying to disturb the peace and functioning of a Legal Organisation.
