I was arresting a 10-15 then I saw that he was from SAHP, After calling their HC on department they came at HQ
Then their HCs came and let him go without letting the RP continue and even not saw the bodycam of what happened

Talking about handaling matter internally
According to IC, He can only request he cant give demand to release him, and how can he handle matter which he dont even know what happened(they mever saw the bodycam)
