Rejected Admin Ignored RP complaint & Denied Support | Sophia Queen

Description of the situation:
While roleplaying at my food truck, Player ID 77739 rammed into my stationary vehicle without any valid RP reason. After the collision, the player parked the car there and ran away without saying a word or continuing any form of roleplay. This action disrupted my RP and potentially affected others nearby.


I immediately opened a ticket and called an admin. Admin Sophia Queen responded. I explained the situation and asked them to come to the scene, but they said they didn’t witness the initial ramming and told me to make a forum complaint only if I had POV. When I tried to follow up and explain further, I was told:
“Stop spamming tickets, you got your answer.”


This response felt dismissive and unhelpful considering I was trying to report a clear rule violation that disrupted RP. I understand rules about POV, but I believe this situation still deserved more proper handling.
