2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1 I would like to be the leader of this organization in order to promote the RP as much as possible. And just build a strong team and keep the activity going with my presence.I want to become a leader because I've been able to gain enough experience in gangs for a long time and was once Deputy Leader of the Marabunta. With my experience, I thought I would now apply to be the leader of a gang and of course it is particularly special with the Marabunta because I was also Deputy Leader here.
The Marabunta Grande is particularly close to my heart because it was the second gang I ever joined.
I would like to revive the old glory of this organization, and I also see leadership as a new challenge and opportunity to learn even more.
2.2 I've noticed for a while that the Bunta are inactive and I want to change that together with my experienced deputys. We want to show the state what Bunta can do. I want to become the leader of this particular organization because it was the first real gang I was in back then. My goal with the organization is to revitalize the ghetto because I feel like very little is happening at the moment, I just know the ghetto differently and I want to try to rebuild it. The Bunta should be feared under my leadership and take over state power. I plan to do a lot against the state such as FZ raids etc. My experience in all areas of a gang gives me the best knowledge to make this possible. The most important thing I learned during this time was that respect and trust in the leadership and also among the members should not be missing.
2.3 Because I am sure that I am the right person for this position because I know all sides of the state and how I and my organization should behave. I have an open ear for everyone and want to bring more RP to the island. Likewise, I want to come to power with the gang, where my skills will definitely help me. There should be peace among each other and people must treat each other with respect. I will do everything I can to ensure that this organization lasts as long as possible. And I think experience is not everything either. The leader skills and taking responsiblietes is the thing will lead me to getting leadership.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
3.1 Regular daily events as well as activities such as FZ, AMMU ROB and being a ghetto winner. This will allow for a wide variety of RP situations and provide more fun. Activity is very important to me because we should show presence and also be a tough opponent for other organizations. This definitely promotes RP.
It's very important to me that even if we're a gang, firing a bullet isn't the first thing you should do.
3.2 More advice for improving the level of roleplaying in this organization is to have a lot of events and bring as many people as possible, naming names and making sure we have enough people at the events to be able to create good roleplaying scenarios.
Another piece of advice that always comes to mind is to form alliances or create rivalries between other organizations and gangs. We can easily provide good competition to other gangs and make all events entertaining for all participants.
Another piece of advice I have for creating good roleplay situations is to work with corrupt state cops, for example by exchanging information and working together at events, or by helping the gang take hostages, etc...
When I take over, I want to provide a fun, safe and exciting experience for all players who want to join the gang. I want everyone to feel welcome here and for everyone to be nice to each other, become friends and have fun. I want to achieve this by developing strategies and planning events to work together as a team. I believe the chemistry between the gang members will improve and help us win more and more events and have a lot of fun!
3.3 The general promotion of drugs, arms trafficking and pretty much everything illegal is also something that the Bunta are not missing.
I will also have the best turfers so that I can have good money for equipment and global events. This also creates a kind of demonstration of power.
