Born in a unsophisticated village near Indo-Pak Border, Ayoo Noway never had a normal childhood. His father was a debt-ridden farmer, forced to took his own life when Ayoo was just 6. His mother was broken and illiterate, worked in the fields until her body gave out from exhaustion. At 12, Ayoo started working to earn some money - carrying bricks, cleaning trucks, anything he can do to feed his younger sister. Ayoo was very intelligent and has an ability to learn thing Quickly. School was a luxury, so he learned to reading by sneaking into classes he wasn't enrolled in. At age of 18, he gave his higher secondary examinations from open board and was top from his village. Because of his good result government recognize him and awarded him some scholarship for his higher study.
One day, a group of drunk policeman humiliated his mother, Infront of his eyes publicly, while he and his mother on way of there work, just for amusement. Ayoo was helpless as they were more powerful . That moment shaped Ayoo's soul and he vowed never to be weak again. So that day, he decided to spend his scholarship on his higher education and to become a army officer. He didn't want respect anymore, he wanted wealth, power, control and freedom. He decided to move Los Santos for his higher education, and took admission in Los Santos International University.
Career Story:
During his college day Ayoo used to keep himself isolated, he used to trained himself during his free time to be the best. During his final year of his college he meet a person named Rocky Markk who was a part of Blood Street Gang and use to do drugs dealing for the gang. He offered Ayoo to join the gang and work with him . Ayoo accept his offer and joined the gang, together they use to crack all the deals and meantime Ayoo had become a ruthless person. After his college was over he decided to leave his gang and chase his dream to become a solider. He promised his gang leader, that after becoming a army officer he will help his gang to get all important intel in exchange of money. He work hard and became an Army officer.
Ayoo's life in NG begun with genuine pride. He was know for his fearlessness in combat, so he joined SASD department in there. Deep inside, Ayoo was growing disillusioned . He saw how decorated high rank officer lived lavishly. Corruption wasn't punished, it was respected behind closed door. Ayoo work hard and his leadership skills earned him HOD of SASD in NG. He started small, accepting gifts from local gang for military supplies. Leaking all important state intel in exchange of good amount to his previous gang. He control a shadow network-trading intel, illegal weapons and favors. He kept his record clean inside his department and used junior officers as pawns.
Yet Ayoo wasn't all evil. he use all his money anonymously to poor families and students, reminding himself why he started. In public he was a war hero. In secret, a kingmaker. He didn't turn corrupt to destroy, but to never be destroyed again.
Outcomes:
1 - Ayoo can take bribes (up to 100k) and ask for guns/ammo/illegal stuff as a bribe.
2 - Ayoo can lie about calling a lawyer and refuse to provide any type of identification.
3 - Ayoocan smash and break bodycams. (/try 2 times per situation)
4 - Ayoo can intimidate/torture people on duty if they don’t want to follow his demands. (No killing).
5 - Ayoo can leak or get any information from anyone for money. (No OOC information)
6 - Ayoo can do criminal activity, for example, go for ghetto clapping and use illegal stuff.
7 - Ayoo can disrespect anyone as gang members do. (Keeping in mind toxicity, Gen 6.10 and 6.19)
8 - Ayoocan detain anyone that he wants (including LEOs, with RP reason and IC reason to arrest/detain).
