Approved N Word and VDM | IDs: 66043 and 65916

Dropping an FIB officer at DOC then came a person with picking his friend up. Said the N word then started VDMing granted ID 66043 wasnt doing physical action but he got in with his friend after his friend saying N word and VDMing people and myself.
