In my opinion, FIB is the most important organization in the city it takes care of fighting crime and criminal organizations, In ways that other State Orgs cannot, Such as Gang Raids, Family Raids, Black Market Raids, and more... Actions that really impact the gangs in the city. My first experience with the FIB was gained under Satriko Narcos, the Best Director in my opinion, During his term, I fell in love with the organization and was an HC for the first time In FIB. Since then, I have tried several times to Become the new Director But Now I am Convinced that I have enough experience and knowledge for the position, I'm a former Sheriff And Assistant Director And I am Ready to invest Everything I Can And Beyond for the Success of the Organization.
Special Operations (Spec Ops) The Department will maintain High activity By Leading all the Special missions in the city with SAU, Under a Professional Department Head who will be chosen By me. They will seize Large quantities of cannabis, Execute warrants And will regularly capture wanted criminals.
Human Resources & Training One of the most important Department In Every State Org, the Department that keeps the Organization alive at any giving moment They will Recruit people to the organization at any possible moment During the Day, the HC's of the Department will be divided into morning and night shifts to keep our Numbers as high as Possible, all while Regularly Conducting Activity checks and Log Checks on all agents. With a good HOD And DHOD the department will be active and ensure that all junior agents are trained.
I started my journey in the Federal Investigation Bureau Under Tommy Slater the 27th Director, I was there for a short time as Field Agent, After a while I joined Satriko Narcos term where I invested Everything I Got And After months of Hard work, I managed to achieve HC in what I Believe was The Best term of FIB Until Now. After That, I Received an offer to Be the Undersheriff Enjoyed And Worked There For 2 Months Then The Next time I Returned to FIB And served there seriously was under Khalil Mohamed The 36th Director I was there as COS and then got promoted to Assistant Director. At that time I had the Opportunity to Be the Sheriff of SAHP And I took it. I Believe my term was one of the Best Terms of SAHP: our Numbers was amazing, for the first time SAHP Surpasses FIB in numbers By over 20 Units in Each Event and Even 40+ in Gang Raids with high amounts of units at Subs time, Unfortunately I did not Complete two terms, And Because of that, I want to Return to Leadership, But this time as the Director of FIB to prove myself By Completing At Lest Two Successfully Terms And to Be one of the Greatest Directors in FIB History.
3 - Your advice for improving Roleplay level in organization
I'll make sure there's Always someone on Duty I will Coordinate different Timezones between HC's And I will Recruit Several morning And night communities According to their Countries That at any giving moment multiple HC's will Be on Duty, I will make sure there will be more interaction with the other Organizations Besides Special missions like with SAHP San Andreas Highway Patrol - we will decide together to hold Several Highway Patrols, the jurisdiction of Sandy Shores and the surrounding Belongs to them But also to us, so it is our joint Responsibility to keep the Highway Clean from Robbers,
or with LSPD Los Santos Police Department - Because the city is our central and common jurisdiction, we will need to demonstrate complete control by uniting forces for City Patrol to prevent ATM robbers and many other criminals in the city.
EMS Emergency Medical Service - Will try to Respond to most of the missions will help with Adrenaline shots and healing LEO's when needed and always will come to Hostage Situations to treat the kidnapped for the Best Rp, We will try to take Departments to call them and try to share them as much as possible so that everyone can Enjoy Better RP.
Regarding NG National Guard - Spec Ops With S.A.U will Conduct Training at Least Once a week, Like training in the Arena
or a fake Hostage situation Inside the Base with Other State Organizations, UC Undercover will Operate Under an Excellent team of very Experienced people in UC in the past, and together with the tactical Departments, we will succeed in achieving 25 gang raids and 5 family raids, and we will complete the Raid Season.
