Ans. To begin with the reason of taking leadership of this specific gang, I would state that this gang had my eye since a long time as it is in my opinion most fearless and relentless gang in the ghetto. Since the time I grew up, I have been watching this gang rule the streets of ghetto and always wished my self to be one of them
In addition, this gang is also situated in a perfect location from where it can control all the ghetto much swiftly and easily. Moreover, this location of cypress flats also hold numerous benefits such as weed and drug plantation etc.
Lastly, I have grown up in gangs since I stepped up in the city. Also, I have hold numerous senior ranks in almost all the gangs and had gathered valuable experience from each of them. My leadership skills have been refined and my team-working skills are my talent. This makes me a perfect applicant for this demanding role of leader!
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
Let us be frank, the quality of role play is slowly diminishing in criminal organizations and I want to revive it, give it a new boost and advance it to the peak of role playing. I have many plans for this demanding task, some of which are following;
Firstly, Bonuses will be paid with ultimate generosity and we will assure that no Bunta attends an event without any bonus.
Secondly, the events will not be attended just with 5 or 6 members for that ss. Absolutely not! The events will be flooded with BLUE CLOTHES.
Finally, I will be responsible for ammunition, vests and other required items that members would need in any event. This will be assured that no one lacks ammunition and vests. Also, I will prove that this gang will surpass LEOS and legal org shall be defeated in every event!
Last but not the Least, Toxicity and Provoking! Ohh, these two things I hate the most and I shall see my members cleansed from this. Any person promotion toxicity and practising provoking will be straight away kicked from the gang and in severe cases may be BLACKLISTED too!
