2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
2.1 To begin with, I have been keeping an eye on this gang for years. In my opinion, it is the most ruthless and uncompromising gang in the whole ghetto. Right from childhood, I have seen this gang rule the streets, and all along, I used to dream of joining them someday.
2.2 Another reason is the location. Being located in Cypress Flats puts us at a good advantage, it is ideal for dominating the entire ghetto with no problem. The neighbourhood also provides several benefits such as proximity to weed and drug operations, which could be a great addition to our power and economy.
2.3 Lastly, I have been living in gang life ever since I entered this city. I have been amongst the senior ranked members of almost every gang that I have ever been a part of and from each of these, I have gained precious experience. I have polished my leadership abilities over the years and teamwork is one of my best qualities. That is the reason why I personally think that I am the best one to assume this challenging yet fulfilling position as a leader.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
3.1 As a leader I would always show a believable and engaging character and make sure that my RP is immersive and realistic. By leading with strong RP, others are encouraged to match that energy. In short, all the RP rules will be ensured and followed
3.2 Every single member, no matter their rank, will be rewarded for participation. No Bunta will walk into an event without a bonus that is my promise. We are here to motivate and recognise our members
3.3 I will not accept five or six individuals attending events just for a screenshot. Our events will be flooded with blue clothes symbolising our strength and unity.
3.4 My goal is to compete not only with rival gangs but also legal organizations. Every event will be a clear show of our strength, teamwork, and dominanc.
3.5 I would help new or less experienced members improve their RP by giving them opportunities in RP situations such as ghetto robberies
3.6 Toxicity and provoking others are against everything I believe in. Anyone spreading toxicity or making extra drama will be removed. Blacklisting is also possible. We're creating a respectful and powerful community!
