• I've been an active member of this Grand Roleplay server for over two years, so I have a solid understanding of how the player base works and what it takes to keep things balanced. I've seen how important the National Guard can be in high-risk situations, and I feel my expertise prepares me to lead with confidence and respect for the RP environment.
• I believe the National Guard must represent discipline, order, and responsibility at the highest level. As a leader, I will ensure every soldier under my command is well-trained, respectful, and mission ready. I will establish clear protocols for internal operations, focus on fair treatment, and maintain a professional image of the National Guard across the entire city.
• As a leader, my top goal will be to keep Fort Zancudo safe and all gates well secured at all times. I want to develop a rotation system so that, while the base is secured, specialized teams may be dispatched to tackle urgent missions such as hostage rescues, retail robberies, and high-risk government activities. To successfully serve both local safety and national objectives, we shall combine strategic deployment with base security.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

• I will implement structured training sessions that include real-life military tactics, commands, and protocols adapted for RP. This will help members act professionally during missions, whether it's base defense, special operations, or public duty.
• RolePlay improves when everyone follows a clear hierarchy and respects their roles. I will ensure that all interactions remain in-character, and members follow a strict chain of command to maintain realism and order during all operations.
• Fort Zancudo will be kept active, with guards stationed at every gate and checkpoints roleplayed properly. Soldiers not on external missions will remain involved in base duties, creating a strong military presence and increasing day-to-day RP at the fort.
• I will coordinate with other departments like LSPD, SAHP, and Government to organize joint missions—such as lockdown drills, VIP escorts, or coordinated hostage rescues. These immersive scenarios will create memorable RP moments and enhance teamwork across factions.
