Rejected VDM + NON RP DRIVING + CR | 20179

i was about to pick up the Miners Ticket when he intentionally hit me.. The video clearly shows that we were both competing (18:18), but he just used his car to push me and take it.
Vdm: hitting me using a car
Non RP Driving: He jumped his car off the road
Cr: hitting my heli to water with his car so that i can cannot go to other places.
