2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1 I want to become the leader of the Vagos because I have always had a lot to do with gangs in my past and I want to prove that I am a worthy leader. I also want to get the best out of the gang and eliminate the mistakes that other leaders made before me.
I would like to remain leader of Vagos because I feel this org to close to my heart. And it will be like that to Forever.
It is very important to me that Vagos remains active and strong and we fight for that together day after day.
With me, everyone has the same opportunity to achieve something in the gang and to move up.
2.2 I would like to be the leader of this organization in order to promote the RP as much as possible. And just build a strong team and keep the activity going with my presence.Very active in all events . Store robs daily and FZ raids. 100% turf good and active deputys.Before sarthaks term i believe no leader can make this org active that i could make. I want a chance to prove myself in Interview for 1 time. I think I had enough experience to selected for interviews.
2.3 I want to become a leader because I've been able to gain enough experience in gangs for a long time and was once deputy leader of the Marabunta. With my experience, I thought I would now apply to be the leader of a gang and of course it is particularly special with the Vagos because I was also almost deputy leader here.
I was turf leader. After a deputy got banned I had chance to become a deputy in Vagos but I gave my chance to Krusty Dusty. Because he want that position so much. I couldnt break him heart.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
3.1 I have many goals with the Vagos, one of which is to make gang life attractive for everyone, show more presence as a gang in the ghetto and also on the streets so that people go back to gang RP more often because I missed that on the server for a long time and that the gangs sometimes fight with each other and not always cuddle but also that there is a row here now and then as it should be among gangs. Of course, I also want to promote the state's RP, take more hostages or rob Ammo shop and especially rob the money transporter with all the gang so that the GOV has something to do. I would also like to offer a lot of events, for example an event that we go FZ together with another gang and rob them together. What I plan to do internally is that there will be more hostage takings again and sometimes state leaders will be taken hostage, so that I also want to show that you don't mess with gangs. I would like to do some work with the organization so that the RP course gets going again and you don't just concentrate on turfing. But there will also be an arena duel within the Vagos more often, so that the gang members can earn a little extra money and the spraying is very important to show that the gang is there.
3.2 I would like to introduce a minimum age for joining the gang, because unfortunately I didn't have a good experience with young people being in gangs, so the childish behavior is gone. Everyone should have +5 age in city I will be very strict on this. I will complete my term with 0 warnings and 100% turf. No one have the chance to make a mistake. Everyone should be good on server rules. I will be very strict on the Interview also. Every interview should be recorded and at least 7 question has to be right.
I ll post the interview questions on the gang discord server. Every highcommand have to record single interview. And if I found any favouritism , that guy will be directly blacklisted. Doesnt matter if he's deputy or smth. And If I lost my faith to on anyone , I ll get permission from the Senior Curator and dismiss him from ORG with using my right to LR 1.7.
3.3 Above all, I want to focus on being more involved in other people's RP lives, interacting with other gangs, more hostage taking outside of the event, active fighting and living up to the name Vagos, more RP strands, small and large, with other players, especially the States. I want the gang to be more like a big family and seem like fun and less of a commitment. I would also like to organize global events and mini events both within the gang and outside the gang to keep people happy and motivated and thus promote the RP. And our bonus system will be good. Everyone will wants to join our gang. I will give 300 k for top shooter. 40 k for para and 35 k particapate bonus for Battleship.

Note : Before u judge me by my experience in gang side i got selected for fib interview a few days ago i couldnt attend because i was outside i want to be judged by some of my experience in crime side i believe i can lead a gang i have been leading people in vagos at store robs and i was deputy in marabunta with also being 2x turf leader in vagos and leading turf i am sure that i can manage being the leader of a gang just please dont judge me by my ID. I hope I will get chance to prove myself in interview.
