Hello dear Administrator.
We we're in middle of fight with that Yellow Vehicle in middle of the Highway they were trying to rob us and and by time he kept calling for backup his friends came 1 by 1 shooting us or ramming and running and this guy just came in middle of shootout and I thought that he was just another backup of that guy tried to Car Kill us or do something else and run so I killed him how I'm supposed to know he is not friendly in middle of a fight shootout especially when I just saw him out of car didn't even notice he crashed all what I thought that he came to help his friend and start shooting or he tried to run and take cover to just start shooting us??

It wasn't a situation of giving demands, it was a situation of a fight between 2 groups on the highway,y and this guy was just a victim of that shootout.

How was this person any threat to you? You try to rob on an open highway, she was driving. You cannot shoot at everybody driving.
