Hello dear Jonny or Mohamed,
Tony Gold banned me for 60 days for illegal settings. Before the punishment I found out that the settings I was using were not allowed (I got these settings from my friend when there was winter event and I didn't know it was illegal) 3 months before the ban I reset my computer and reinstalled the game but the settings didn't change. After the punishment I received. I learnt from my friends how to change it and I changed the settings. Now there is nothing illegal in my settings, everything is the right way. I am very sorry for my mistake. I will never use illegal settings, weapon skins or anything else again and I will be very careful. And also summer holidays are here and I want to play this game for 3 months and have fun, please forgive my mistake for once.
