1. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
I have strong experience in gang role-playing and have always had a strong passion for it, which is why I want to lead Marabunta Grande. I want to apply my extensive knowledge of the system—from turfs to events—to leadership. Whether it's activity, communication, or maintaining the gang, I give it my all to make sure we're always there and powerful in the city. I like lending a hand to people, especially those who are new to role-playing. I'll see to it that they acquire appropriate ghetto role-playing and develop into useful gang members.
2. Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization:
With a daily presence in the ghetto and at events, I'll make the gang the most active in the city. I'll choose HCs and responsible deputies who are capable of handling pressure and who comprehend the events. Each new member will receive instruction on appropriate roleplaying behavior and ghetto/event rules. I'll ensure that ranks are earned rather than given. Fairness will always be upheld, and hardworking members will rise to the top.
