Ans :- Since I came to En03 sometime ago, I have already been HC with the Ballas and families, and with the Bloods as a Marabunta under deputy, where I was able to gain a lot of experience and gain deep insights into the crime life.
Through crimes and especially the Bloods, I got to know and love the state. As a training director for the Bloods, I was able to take a lot with me and always strived for more—I wanted to push crime forward. I know how to lead and plan events, negotiate objectively, and understand how important it is to listen to people to resolve conflicts. I am sure that I have the necessary knowledge and skills to bring the Vagos back to their long-deserved strength.
I understand the crime scene and know how it operates, allowing me to lead the Vagos to their well-deserved strength.
I know how to organize and lead events that foster motivation and team spirit. Being the leader of the Vagos comes with great responsibility, and I am confident that I can now take on this role—with the necessary knowledge and skills
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
My advice for improving the Rp level in the organization is that I will also invest my time in teaching the new people about the gang which most of the leaders doesn’t do as most of the players doesn’t know the ghetto rules and make sure that no one breaks the Rules. My Main aim is to make the gang environment as friendly where each member feels confident and freely to express his/her opinion in every event.
