History
The Families was five major Italian-American Mafia crime families that have operated in New York City since the early 20th century. These families are the Bonanno, Colombo, Gambino, Genovese, and Lucchese families. They emerged from the reorganization of Italian-American gangs in the wake of the Castellammarese War in 1931. The Commission, a ruling body composed of the bosses of these families, was established to oversee Mafia activities and mediate disputes.

To join Grove Street Families, interested parties may contact the leader, a deputy or visit the Families Headquarters. Make sure you have a proper knowledge of the gang's operations and a minimum of 5 years of residency in Los Santos.​
