I am writing to request your assistance with a problem I am currently experiencing. I have lost access to my ID due to issues with two-factor authentication (2FA). I understand that a technical forum has been set up to address this issue, but the process is taking longer than anticipated.
I am concerned that if this delay continues, I may lose access to my property, banker etc. I acknowledge that this situation is partly due to my oversight.
