Dear Mazhor,
yesterday (on May 18th, 2022) I was falsely accused for "Warehousing" and banned for 60 days from the german server #1 by Luca Rast (ID 132).
After that I made an administrator complaint against Luca Rast which got declined by Vincent Xozis because of evidence that allegedly proves my guilt.
I was then permanently banned today (on May 19th, 2022) and when I asked Danze Xozis he said that it says in the forum that I get a permanent ban for it and not only 60 days.
I'll tell you exactly what happened: On May 18th, 2022 I left the organization (Government) because I was offered a position as a rank 10 in the Grove Street Families. After I accepted the offer I spoke with the USSS Chief (Joe Cinnamon) and told him that I put everything back in the storage and left the organization immediately, so the whole thing was sorted out.
On the same day I put a USSS vest in the black market that had been stolen from me on the highway a few hours earlier, but since it was a friend who stole the vest from me, he asked me after I left the USSS if I wanted to buy it from him. I said yes, of course, and bought it from him for $30.000 and put it on the black market a few minutes later because you could sell it more expensive.
I understand the clues Vincent is showing me and I also know it all seems to be going against me but I can assure you 100% that I did not commit this act, I even recently applied to be an administrator myself, so I can't understand why I would break the rules and destroy my chance of becoming an administrator.
Let's say I did that and would like make a profit, why only one vest and not several at a time? I hope you can look over it again and otherwise you can contact me on Discord because I don't think getting a permanent ban because of a vest is justified.
I've been on the server since day 1 and I've built up a lot and I hope no matter what happens that it won't stay with a permanent ban and no matter how you decide I will be satisfied with your decision.
