2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
2.1 Firstly, Overwhelming experience! I have been in gangs since the day I stepped into this city and gained precious experience; I started from zero and rose up the ranks. I have had high command rank in every gang So, I know how gangs work. Now, I want to see myself as the one controlling the streets of ghetto. I think families is best for this purpose.
2.2 Secondly, The Location! Families gang is located in the HEART of main ghetto which makes it strategically one of the best located gangs of the city. There are numerous benefits due to this specific location; These include more recruitment, fast and easy ghetto clap, faster store robberies with less or almost no delay and much more.
2.3 Lastly, My passion! I always wanted to be a gang leader someday and I think this is the best opportunity for me to grab and benefit from it. And as it is my passion so I am confident that I will have no hurdle in controlling the organisation because Passion is energy that pushes you forward even above your limits.
3. Your advices for improving Roleplay level in organization.
3.1 We all know that recently the quality of roleplay is gradually decreasing and the main reason for this is the loss of interest in Roleplay events such as store robbery and FZ raid. I would ensure that these events are immersive and that I would make an immersive experience for everyone
3.2 I would make this gang the most active gang that would possibly rule over the ghetto in near future
3.3 I will make sure that normal RP activities like ghetto robberies and ghetto clapping are carried out regularly in free time so that we can ensure our presence and dominance in the ghetto
3.4 The major Roleplay events of gang such as Subs, store robberies and FZ raid will also be ensured to be carried out on regular basis. These events will be packed with our gang members.
3.5 To accomplish the above task we will be providing large amount of bonuses to every of our gang member who attends the event no matter what their rank is. No one will step into the event unpaid.
3.6 I will hire people who know about gang Roleplay so that they do not ruin the experience.
3.7 High command rank and Deputy rank will be provided to only those who have large amount of experience and skill to run the gang. In short, only mature and skilful and knowledgeable personnel will get the high command rank who have the ability to run the gang in absence of their respective higher up.
3.8 Lastly, toxicity and provoking in any situation or Club-chat will not be tolerated and will be strictly dealt with. Continuous actions from an individual will surely lead to their blacklist from the gang.
