I’m writing to appeal the organization verbal warning issued by Abo Saif regarding the following forum post: Reviewed - Fail Rp | Ballas.


My deputy, Aly, was punished for Fear RP however, I believe this was a misunderstanding. The hostage neither moved nor posed any threat, and Aly was simply attempting to leave the area. The statement “you are not allowed to shoot” was merely a verbal comment, not a roleplay that would justify a Fear RP punishment.

we were negotiating then the hostage wasnt safe yet and i already told the hostage to Follow me to take him to safety and i already informed gangs that we gonna leave also leos ( Department ) then while we were leaving already Gangs give us demands and we were already complying and leaving still once he said you got 5 secs to leave everybody started to shoot even we were leaving so i was trying to tell them guys we are leaving and he started running and i didnt have a chance even to fight back for my life
