2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)

2.1: I want to lead this organization because I bring valuable experience and have served in all major departments, including SWAT, HWP, HRT, and Internal Affairs. I was one of the most active unit last terms and took the lead in many events. In addition, I’ve served as State Attorney, which has given me a strong understanding of the law. I believe these experiences have equipped me with the leadership skills abilities needed to lead this organization effectively. I am convinced that my leadership skills can bring a new dynamic to the SAHP. I have always been a natural person, capable of motivating my team to achieve its objectives while maintaining a positive and respectful work environment. As leader of the SAHP, I will make it a point of honor to promote team cooperation, to encourage the units and to establish a climate of trust within the team.

2.2: The next thing I want to focus on is bringing real change to SAHP, especially in HRT and the issue of favoritism. Last term, I saw a lot of favoritism people getting ranks just because they were in certain units, while the ones who actually worked hard were ignored. That’s not fair, and under my leadership, it won’t happen. We’ll only promote people who truly deserve it, with proper experience and rank proof. Another big problem was the HRT department being really inactive. But in my term, I’ll make sure we build the best HRT team and have active high command around throughout the day.

2.3: I will able to help improve the image of the organization , by recruiting a maximum number of people and carrying out "RP Scenes".
I think I have a fairly complete knowledge of the rules and the responsibility that the position of SAHP Leader should have and I want to change certain things like the internal rules of the SAHP, recruitment, training (more in-depth), update the different divisions, My ambition is to motivate and lead our team towards excellence by fostering cooperation and achieving remarkable results . i know most of the rules and events in town. I would like to make this org a friendly, respectful and serious space.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

> Should Stop promoting officers when they do not have the experience required for higher positions.

> To strengthen team cohesion and motivation, I suggest holding more frequent events and weekly meetings. These opportunities will allow us to discuss problems, share feedback, and plan future events.
> I want to establish a rewards system to motivate the most deserving officers. The best will be highlighted, not only with bonuses, but also with honorary titles like "Employee of the Week." This will encourage everyone to give their best, while creating a positive and respectful work environment.

My Departments


1) Human Resources and Training (HRT):
The Human Resources and Training team will be responsible for recruitment, hiring, terminations, and training new recruits. They will ensure every newly hired Trooper in SAHP is properly logged and receives all required training to perform their duties effectively.


2) Internal Affairs (IA):
The Internal Affairs team will handle all matters related to employee conduct within the organization. This includes investigating professional misconduct, corruption, regular bodycam reviews, and random trunk searches of both department and personal vehicles. IA will also routinely check that all officers have valid Weapon Licenses and Health Insurance.


3) Public Relations (PR):
The Public Relations team plays a vital role in maintaining the organization's image and morale. They will be responsible for organizing events involving the entire organization to encourage participation, teamwork, and engaging roleplay scenarios.


4) SWAT (Special Weapons and Tactics):
SWAT is a highly trained unit that handles high-risk operations using specialized weapons and tactics. This department is crucial for managing dangerous situations and ensuring public safety during critical missions.


5) Highway Patrol:
The Highway Patrol department focuses on enforcing traffic laws and ensuring road safety. Officers in this unit will deal with illegally parked vehicles, issue fines, and tow vehicles when necessary. It's a key department for maintaining order on the Highway.


My goals:
  • Max units at every event by encouraging all available members to take part and represent SAHP strongly.
  • Maintain high activity on highway patrols and towing, making sure our presence is always visible and effective in keeping the roads safe and clear.
  • Guarantee that every officer in the organization is fully trained and properly equipped to meet SAHP standards, ensuring professionalism and readiness at all times.
  • I will Keep the HRT department consistently active, so training, recruitment, and organizational needs are handled without delay.
