Life Story:
Runaan Ramstein was born as the only child in a high class family in Florence, Italy. He spent most of his life happily with his family until he was 13 and his relationship with them was perfect. His mother would cook delicious meals for him every day, and his father would take him to fun places to create joyful memories. However, everything changed when he turned 13...
At the age of 13, Runaan was on vacation with his family in the city of Los Santos. On the fourth day of their vacation, they decided to visit the amusement parkbut chose to walk there instead of driving. While they were walking, Runaan was ahead of his family when he suddenly heard the screams of his mother and father from behind. His mother was injured and his father was struggling with two masked men. Runaan, in that moment, made the biggest mistake of his life, he decided to run. However, just 15 seconds after he started running, he heard four gunshots followed by the sound of police sirens. From that moment on, Runaan Ramstein began living a life without his parents, and his life was never the same after that cursed day.
Career Story:
A few years after that cursed day, Runaan decided to become a police officer and successfully joined the Los Santos Police Department. He was now a good man, arresting criminals and ensuring justice. However, one day during a patrol, he saw two men attacking a family on the sidewalk. He recognized them immediately. They were the men who had taken his parents lives. Runaan quickly helped the family and single handedly subdued the two men, placing them in his car. But Runaan had sworn to punish those men with his own hands.
He took them to a remote mountain by the ocean, without informing anyone on the radio. There, he stole their money and then handcuffed them before throwing them into the ocean from the mountain. During this incident, he realized there was a lot of money involved, and from that day on, he decided to engage in corruption.
Outcomes:
1. Runaan can arrest someone for fake charges/capture them if he severely dislikes them, or for revenge. (within sufficient RP reasons, and nothing too severe)
2. Runaan can destroy devices like bodycam and radios and can find hidden ones with (/try 2 times per situation) and /do Commands.
3. Runaan can take bribes (100K and Guns/Ammo/illegal stuff [Max 100K Worth]) as bribe.
4. Runaan can do criminal activities. For example, Ghetto clap, Buy, Sell, or Use any type of illegal items and Weapons. (no ORG gears included)
5. Runaan can let suspects go free if they are in his Family or His friends and can also aid them in escaping by Releasing them from Cuffs, Dropping their Charges and Letting them Escape.
6. Runaan has the same ability to frighten/disrespect when talking to other people (Keeping in mind toxicity, Gen 6.10 and 6.19)
7. Runaan can lie about the request of a lawyer and not show his ID to any suspect.
8. Runaan can cuff other LEOs and break their bodycams to avoid getting caught. (no targeting or PG)
9. Runaan can remove previous reasons for being arrested to get rid of any evidence of Runaan 10-15 being arrested.
10. Runaan can break IC Laws and able to use his position in LSPD.
