Rejected UB Driving + VDM | 165889

As you see from my POV, I am searching for cannabis seeds. I just collected a cannabis seed. The ID : 165889 also try to find the same one. But the player ID: 165889 is late to find the cannabis seed. Then I go for another cannabis seed. After searching some time, I found a cannabis seed. Then I went to collect the seed, and that time the player ID : 165889 came and hit me with his car, which is clearly intentional because again, I found it before him. That's why he hit me, and for that I fell from the mountain and died.
Also, his car is not allowed to climb mountains; clearly he is doing UB Driving.

If you haven't noticed, you're not the only one collecting all the resources. Well, it was an accident that I knocked you down. I didn't leave you down there when you fell, and then you got up and took your bike.

Clearly it is visible that, we went straight to the bush. It was YOU that came near the bush suddenly and got hit. Our car wasn't even speeding; it was sliding if you see clearly due to the hills. Thats why the brakes failed. If it was intentional, then you and your bike would've been knocked out of the hill & we would've been gone. Then we checked map that the cannabis was picked up. We realized that you fell, so we went in the car and came to check below, later found out that you were dead. Then we revived you and your kind words were "see you at the GOV site bro". Just a general knowledge, that you never thought that if it was VDM, why would we come to revive you? and say sorry too? Never show the good side of people, right? yea thats why I knew you won't show it on your POV. Whatever happens, happens now. I just hope you understand our perspective. peace.
