Quick explanation: I was driving around, saw him staying there open carrying a revolver, was going to talk to him to even arrest him if he didnt have a license or give a fine for open carrying if he did have a gun license, then when I get out of the car and say "yo" he instantly puts the gun away, runs a little bit forward and disconnects.
