However, I wanted to follow up regarding my account. It has been almost two days since my unban request was approved, but I am still unable to access my account. I kindly ask you to look into this matter, as I am currently missing out on an ongoing event that I was really looking forward to enjoying.
I fully respect your decisions and, as mentioned before, I am willing to accept a full account wipe if necessary for the unban to be processed. Please understand my eagerness to return and enjoy the game again.
