Life Story:
Jay grew up more privileged than others. While a kid he met his lifelong friend Jimmeh, learning about the streets from him and doing small petty crimes together. When Jay was 16 he left Hawaii and moved to Los Santos. During Jay's time in LS he started doing more petty crimes and eventually during his first major store robbery killed someone. Jay knew a few people who could help him but ultimately he was faced with the choice to flee the city or face the consequences, he chose to flee. His contacts made sure he was never connected to the killing so he could have a free life. After years away from the city, his lifelong friend Jimmeh set up shop in LS and convinced Jay to move back, having agreed Jay moved back and joined the family Jimmeh was a leader in. Having gained the trust of the family owner, Jay was made underboss and helped run the family. Having run with this family for a while now he had seen his friends getting locked up, sometimes for no reason, he wanted to do something about that so he joined the government in an effort to help his family out.
Career Story:
Jay had been around law enforcement before, having both friends and family in it he knew how to act. Two of his family members were already in the government and helped him get in. Having completed his training with flying colors, Jay started doing his job in the government to prove to his superiors that he could be trusted enough without needing supervision. Jay worked the rotations in the capital and DOC, always by the book but gathering information on the side, keeping just under the radar of scrutiny. Now having shown he does his job properly and able to come and go as he pleases, Jay decides it's time to start helping his family and friends advance in the city, at heart Jay was always a criminal, now he can be so under the cover of a government agent and exploit others as he and his friends have been before.
Outcomes:
1. Jay can deny and lie about calling a lawyer and refuse to provide any type of identification.
2. Jay can start prison breaks. (not randomly, but by using usb or darknet task)
3. Jay can take part in illegal activities such as killing or robbing with his family or friends (With RP reasons).
4. Jay can take bribes (up to $100,000 and ask for guns/ammo/illegal stuff as a bribe).
5. Jay can destroy devices such as body cams and radios and can find hidden ones with (/try command 2 times per situation) for anyone including other Law enforcement.
