2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1. I have vast experience in many gangs in en3 and before in other servers too now i want to bring my experience to the next level to try new strategies and be good at them, and now to be the leader of Marabunta and proving it that i really can handle the responsibilities of being a leader in this gang.
2. I have good leadership and communication skills and can negotiate and treat everyone same and nice. that can help me make to motivate the whole organization to be constantly active to do ghetto clapping, clands, turf, and the other events.
3. I know the rules of crime and state pretty well, but specially crime orgs and tried almost all the crime activities with gangs/unofficial families. My experience will help me to not repeat mistakes of previous gangs and make the org run as smooth as possible.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
I want to finish my term with least org punishments as its possible.
I would not tolerate any toxicity in my gang and that is one of my prior target to achieve.
One of the things that i will not tolerate too its showing favouritism towards anyone, no matter if its any rank or friend.
I want to help the new players and will help anyone who needs it, as i remember my time it was hard to learn and now i want to make it easy to people to learn, helping other newbies really helps the server to grow more.
I talked about being active above, I want to do the weekly goals of my gang as soon as possible and trying to do them without mistakes and with that method will help the activity will be pretty good, and Bunta will be one of the most active gangs in the city if not the most active.
I will try to have experienced high commands so everyone can be respected and appreciated with their works. As i know High Commands/Deputies are almost important as leader is.
