Rejected killed me in green zone and stole my car / 190793

I was driving to the bank and i parked in front of it. After i got out my car, i opened my trunk and i was dead i dont know how. maybe he is hacking, because it was in green zone. after he killed me he stole my car in green zone in front the bank as you can see in the video. I hope you can help me and get my stuff back. thank you.
