I have playing en3 for a while now since 2023 and when I first started I was gaining my experience and last month I thought that I’ve been gaining lots of experience and thought I was a good time and right time to apply for leadership I but my application and was excited to realize that I was selected for interviews one of my first times being selected for interviews. It comes to the interviews and get leadership. Around 2 ago before I put my application I had a few people asking to be my turf deputy at first I asked them I need your whole team name and ID I talked with my friend who knows about turf and things related with that I looked over and realized and one team with low IDs and familiar names such as “Shifu” “Tosan”

with that I decided to use that team because I remember when tosan was leader and deputy in families and they always were winning stores and was on of the most active families term while getting 100% so it made easier to hear familiar people and with others in the team having low ids . My term started and the team wasn’t going well due to the fact that the main team had to wait because they were in Vagos and had to wait 2 turf days I’ll fast forward to the point where Ali who was my turf deputy got a verbal for wrong format or something related to that which got me to ask Tosan ex leader of families for some help because I wan unaware he recommended to me Shifu who I remember and my mind was set on that I would replace Ali. I had to wait one more day because he was in Vagos turf team and still had to wait one more day so I waited on that day I got 3 warning due to cheaters with one being my turf deputy and a turfer at that time he was immediately changed and Shifu became my turf deputy I told Shifu we had to wait because of me being on 3 warns and 1 verbal . You might ask why I didn’t stop turf I had a meeting with my curators Harry Joey and Snow about it I told them that turfers normally are toxic to my experience and I did not want to replace or stop turf because I don’t want to have anyone trying to target my org or have personal beef with me so with that I keep turf . I would also like to mention that i ended up leaving my family to join another for members and money so i can supply guns and ammo. You might thinks it’s basic but to me it means a lot as I left a family of expertise and help and people I’ve know for a while to join a family that I don’t want to be in but i did it to save my gang. I also would like to make it clear that during my term I realized I was struggling and I was looking for help

I went in the marabunta section and looked for ex leaders and deputies so see if they can help me out so I was trying to find other ways to help out . Fast forward I heard I have medical issues that need to be taken care of in which I tried one more day and realized that I can’t do it anymore where I contacted Marcus in which I told I have medical problems and unable to continue if you need the proof I’m willing to send you in a DM I asked him if I would get leader blacklisted I didn’t get a response I told that it didn’t matter to me at the time because my health was more important I got banned for lr 1.1 in which I find fair but now I’m asking for a second chance.

For everything I’m saying my point is I tried lots of way to make my term successful for example I think I had over 300k in fines in club chat for illegal advertisement also by asking others who have done it better than me and asking for help I cared about my term a lot and wish I could of continued but I had medical issues in which I couldn’t continue I also would like to see you can check my activity from my disband date which was from the 16th I believe to 21st where I had to deal with my medical condition and I wasn’t in city at all

I’m asking for a chance and I don’t mind having to wait for a year or so I just don’t want it to be permanent
