Good day, 40 days ago I got banned for G.R 4.1 (4.1 Players must not have any kind of software that gives any advantage. (Disabling drug's effect, hacks, bots etc.)) and I didn't have anything not allowed, you told me that my redux allows me to shoot through the vent, but that vent is busy and without redux or any mod, I didn't know that shooting through the vent is prohibited on this server because I come from the RS server where shooting through the vent is allowed and I'm new to EN1. You can check that the vent can be shot from where I was standing and that my redux is not prohibited. Please unban me now I am familiar with the rules of this server and I want to come back to play during the holidays.
I apologize and ask you for unban big greetings Dzabula.
