there was a stranger / citizen who tried to do trespassing so i hand cuffed him and drag him outside of capital and warn him not to go in without permission but when i remove handcuff he ran inside so i detains him and says to my HC to call LSPD/SAHP/FIB But they were in an event so i was holding him till they come but after some time my wifi got restart and i got a code - a when i come back i got warn and was in demorgon
