Life Story: In the city called Los Santos lived a man called Arno. He grew up with his dad and mom. Arno's mom was working in the Police Force of Los Santos and was a good and well known officer and hes dad worked in the National Guard. Arno grew up in a house where his parents told him that once he is old enough he need to leave the house and he's parents didnt loved him that much. He was used to live alone becuase he dad only came to house every second month and hes mom used to come in late at night. But once i saw my dad with a few a random guys and saw him gave money to the guy and got some weird stuff. So Arno decided to leave the house and start to make his own money and to join the police force.
Career Story: Arno's Mom was apart of the police department and told him that he can start working with her at the police department. After 2 weeks of hard work, training and dedecation to his new job he started to gain trust of the people in charge and got premoted and earned more money. After a week where they watched Arno doing his job, Arno got told that he got promoted to Commissioner in LSPD. And now that Arno has the high ranks, he wants to become corrupt just like his dad.
Outcomes:
1-Arno can sell information to individuals or criminal organizations. (up to $100k)
2-Arno can deny to show his Identification to protect his identity and privacy
3-In his spare time Arno can go to the ghetto to shoot/kill people for fun or to save his friends and all due to his love in violence.
4-Arno can take bribes, but cannot take bribe to be a hostage (up to $100k or equivalent value in illegal firearms or items);
5-Arno carries duct tape in his backpack and can use it to stop individuals in his custody from talking ("/try applies duct tape on the mouth" - 2X / situation)
6-Arno can reduce jail time sentence or remove a person off the wanted list or even let them walk free if he feels like it ( Only friends/family members or people he really Like)
7-Arno can falsely claim that he has requested an attorney or deny their presence
8-Arno can rob/kill in the ghetto, or kidnap and rob/kill in secluded areas with families members (following GR 6.16, GH 1.8 and SR 5.5)
9-Arno can search Law Enforcement and suspects for their bodycams and destroy them with proper RP (“/try to find the bodycam” - 2x per situation - and “/do to destroy it”)
10-Arno can help his friends escape prison (DarkNet)
