Life Story:
Jack Bilzerian was born in Los Santos but after losing out on his close people he was devasted and ran away from this Los Santos for nearly 2 years due to difficulties of inflation and attitude of the city members. He moved to another city, grew up and during that time he learned a lot of things like the struggles of growing by yourself, being self dependent. He made a lot of friends and learned the hard way to survive a person must limit himself and not get close to anyone. After all these he felt that he is now ready to conquer the city of Los Santos and has the strength to overcome all the issues he has to face.
Career Story:
Initially in city Jack would focus on farming but later Jack joined EMS to serve the citizens because the conditions in city was very bad so he wanted to help which he did splendidly well but eventually everything comes to end someday so did his career at EMS. Then got an opportunity to join Government and he worked extremely hard and was given the promotion as well on a timely basis and some undeserving people were getting favored a lot so he decided to step down. Then he joined SAHP but the corruption and favoritism was on top. Jack made a lot of friends and learnt this the hard way to grow himself he gotta become best of them in corruption.
Outcomes:
1. Jack can use drugs and illegal weapons on/off duty.
2. Jack can process without reading Miranda right.
3. Jack can make criminals to drop their weapons and illegal items and keep them for himself or sell them in the black market. (with additional the suspect should follow fear rp)
4. Jack can detain any one on a false charge and then demand a bribe or weapons from them for their release (100k max)
5. Jack is well trained in law and knows how to break them smoothly, Jack doesn't follow any Law codes.
6. Jack can break body cam's and smash them up using /try commands. (Not more than 2 times)
7. Jack can lie/deny about a lawyer if a suspect requests it.
8. Jack can take bribe up to 100k from prison, and take dark net contracts.
9. Jack can refuse to show his ID to any civilian and other orgs Leo’s to hide identity for doing corruption.
