Hello,
Today, upon launching the game, I was surprised to get a notification stating that my social account has been banned for allegedly being part of an illegal Cheats Discord server. I would like to clarify that, to the best of my knowledge, I have never been part of any such server — neither in the past nor at present.I have been a committed and honest player on this server for approximately three years. I have never used any form of hacks or cheats.
Furthermore, i have never received a request for a PC check and No PC check has been done — which further adds to my confusion regarding this action to ban my social account.
I believe this may be a misunderstanding or an error, and I respectfully request that you review my case and the decision regarding the ban. I am willing to cooperate with any additional PC checks or requirements needed to resolve this issue.
