Sir, actually I haven't used any Bug at first I thought I got patched up at that moment but after that I got to know that I got Bugged which I even don't know about it and moreover I am new to the City

Explaination :
What exactly happened is that I got a Power cut and I got disconnected and reconnected again and again Due to the Power Fluctuations in my area and All of a sudden everthing was normal and I logged in and I was alive and I thought someone patched me up and then I was offline after 30 min and now I logged in and got to know that I used Bugs which I don't even know about that exactly what happened Sir

I humbly request you to reassess the situation and hopefully unban my account and I always bound to Rules and Regulations of the City
