I am writing to you regarding an important issue involving my accounts. I would like to address this message specifically to the following administrators: Lebron Pluxury, Floki Vilgeroarson, and Nik Payne.
After returning from a break, I decided to log back into the EN1 server with my account Denis Wegas | ID 569, and I was surprised to see that my account was banned with the reason “Blacklisted.” Let me explain the situation from the very beginning.
April 12, 2025
On this day, I attempted to access my EN1 account and noticed I was banned. Since I couldn’t access my original forum account Blancha at the time, I created a new forum account and submitted an unban appeal:
Unfortunately, the appeal was rejected due to "avoiding forum ban."
June 13, 2025
I finally managed to recover access to my original forum account Blancha, and I was hopeful that I could now properly appeal my ban. I submitted a new appeal here:
However, it was again rejected.
While browsing through my old forum posts, I noticed some very strange activity on my account. Several unban appeals for EN2/EN3 servers were submitted, which I never wrote. Further investigation revealed that someone had access not only to my forum account but also to my in-game accounts, which were used and got banned. Here are some of the links:
To make matters worse, I discovered that my accounts were accessed by people I don’t even know, apparently from Turkey:
I spent my entire day reviewing and investigating this strange history surrounding my accounts. I kindly ask you to check the IP address history of my accounts and determine when Turkish IPs started appearing, as I live in Lithuania, and these actions could not have been made by me.
I am ready to provide any necessary information to prove that I am the legitimate owner of these accounts.
I sincerely apologize for contacting you through a new forum account, I tried to get this forum account Blancha unban, but I got blacklisted on discord as well: . I understand that your project has countless new players, and someone like me probably doesn't mean much, but I had no other way to raise this issue. I could create a new in-game account and start playing again, but that would violate the server rules. I honestly don’t know what else I can do in this situation, so I am asking for your understanding and assistance.
Please, dear administration, let me know if there is any solution or path I can take to resolve this issue.
